River's Journey

River was brought into the East Valley Animal Care Center, Van Nuys CA as a stray. River was hit by a car and his pelvis was broken in multiple places, requiring extensive surgery. River was adopted by a person in New Mexico who saw his post on FaceBook just before he was scheduled to be euthanized. See the video produced by Helen Kim of Jindo Tales below. River has made a full recovery and is now enjoying his new life.
